Current Opportunities

Food Pantry & Homeless Meals (Tuesdays & Saturdays)

• Help prepare and distribute meals to unhoused neighbors

• Pack and/or deliver groceries to food insecure families in the neighborhood (Saturdays only)

Health Center (Tuesdays & Saturdays)

• Volunteer health practitioners (physicians, nurses, PAs, social workers and other specialists) as well as front desk attendants, translators and/or cleaning support

Success Groups

• Google classroom administration

• Family Liaison: meet with participants to help celebrate progress and identify opportunities

​

Young Governors (YGs)

• High school students can apply to become a Young Governor

• Adults can serve YGs as a mentor, coach or presenter

​

Community Outreach

• Serve at parties, workshops and other events to distribute supplies and clothing at schools and/or local shelters

• Special need for Spanish speakers

General New Life CDC Support

• Help host & coordinate various events throughout the year

• Administrative support: special need for Spanish speakers
