Encourage

Every week NLCDC engages with more than 300 community members through our programs. Whether it’s with a bag of groceries, a freshly prepared hot meal-to-go, a shower at the health center, or a supportive community through Success Groups, our staff and volunteers provide a smile and a familiar face to our beautiful neighbors. Now more than ever it is important to show our neighbors that they are seen and not alone.

Notes of Love

As our community continues to persevere through these very difficult days we want to launch a new note-writing campaign as a way to connect to those we meet each week.

Feel free to be as colorful and creative as you would like. Write as many notes as your heart desires. Set a day to write these love notes and invite a group of friends to join you.

However, please make sure to include these two very important messages:

  • We love you
